Had my dad's surprise 60th anniversary last night at Piatto Pieno. It was perfect. The staff was really amazing and helpful. They were very accommodating. The room with the tree was gorgeous. Everyone had such a great time and everyone told me how i had chosen the perfect place. And bring your own wine is always great!

Great Italian food. Portions are large and price is very reasonable. The place is very loud. So if your looking for a great place to eat and have a good time with friends this would be it. If your looking for a romantic dinner for 2, I would avoid. Never any issues and I go on the regular.

Great food and even better service. I went to this restaurant 5 years ago and have talked about it constantly. Finally getting to go back I wasn’t disappointed. The biggest issue you are going to find one thing to choose in all the great options. Safe, clean and bring your own wine. This restaurant is a must when eating in little Italy. ***very LGBTQ friendly

One of the best Italian restaurants in the city and it's a bring your own wine as well! Expect long waits for the food but once it comes, it makes it all worth it. Huge place with a beautiful terrrasse! A must when in Montreal! Fridays and Saturdays are really really busy - the weekdays are still busy but more relaxed and faster to get your food! Live music on weekends - love it!

Almost avoided this place because of the reviews. Made a reservation and got seated at a table we didn't like. We complained and got a new table, no problem. Service was friendly. Food was quick. Sat near the front, had a good view of the staff and how they work. The manager was very detail oriented and greeted us in the beginning and asked us how we enjoyed our meal in the end. I was impressed and very happy for this. We both had the pizza. It was very good. The bread however is under average. But it's free. This place is BYOB, so that's a plus. The atmosphere in the main room is very good. A bit too loud and the place was about half full. I would suggest keeping the televisions on mute, as even a low volume only adds to the problem. We came to scout the place for a friend who is organizing a party. Not ready to recommend just yet. We'll be back to try the pasta.

Owner did us a solid and added to our reservation last min during F1 weekend. Calimari was absolutely amazing and the pizza is hard to beat. Great thin crust in wood fire stove. I recommend this place to everyone.
